The Learning 2.0 program was designed by Helene Blowers, former Technology Director of The Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, with the support and assistance of several PLCMC staff members.
The program is loosely based upon Stephen Abram's article, 43 Things I Might Want to do This Year and the website 43Things.
The information presented in WLSLearns is based on the PLCMC model. PLCMC allows and encourages the sharing of their work under the Creative Commons License. We also allow and encourage the sharing of our work and have registered WLSLearns as Public Domain with Creative Commons.
